OUR SERVICES
The household services we offer are indispensable to maintaining your home. Our employees can help keep your home clean and, if needed, are also available to assist you with a wide range of other household tasks.
REGULAR HOUSEKEEPING
Regular housekeeping services are offered for a minimum of 3 consecutive hours depending on the size of the home and on a weekly, biweekly, four-weekly or on-call basis.
This service is eligible for financial assistance from the Régie d’assurance maladie du Québec and the Tax Credit for Home Support for Seniors.
Tasks included :
- Cleaning floors
- Dusting surfaces
- Clean kitchen (wash dishes, clean counters and appliances)
- Clean bathroom (tiles, bathtub, toilet, sink and other surfaces)
- cleaning household appliances
- Empty waste, make beds
We can wash, dry, fold and store your clothes. We also wash your sheets and bedding. This service can be done at your home or at the laundry room. If necessary, and for our customers aged 65 and over, we can iron your clothes.
We can, depending on your needs, do your shopping for you, or accompany you to do it. We can also help you prepare a shopping list and arrange the products.
Our attendants can cook for you, or help you prepare one or more meals.
Heading off on vacation? Going away for business? We will stop by your home as often as you like to do any tasks you need done, so you can travel with peace of mind.

Major Cleaning
Our major cleaning service is indispensable for spring and fall cleaning or after renovations. We’ll arrive with all of the equipment and supplies needed to do the work assigned.
This service is eligible for financial assistance from the Régie d’assurance maladie du Québec and the Tax Credit for Home Support for Seniors.
Tasks included :
- Wash windows, walls and ceiling
- Clean blinds and fans
- Clean and polish bathroom and clean out closet
- All other regular housekeeping tasks

Respite care for family caregivers
We provide short term respite care for family caregivers attending seniors with cognitive or physical impairments. Respite care offers a moment of rest for the caregiver and an opportunity to relieve stress and fatigue caused by the special needs of a loved one in loss of autonomy. It is also a moment of precious stimulation for the care recipient. Our professional respite team has been specially trained in Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders, to play therapy, to PDSB, and RCR, to law 90 and is continuously trained.
This service is subsidized thanks to financial contribution of Appui and is eligible for the Tax Credit for Caregivers.

Personal assistance service
We can help you with your assistance and care needs at home, allowing you to stay at home longer. These services can also be combined with our other services offered.
Our services are complementary to those offered by the Health and Social Services Network and in seniors’ residences. These services, when offered upon referral from the Integrated University Health and Social Services Centre (CIUSSS), can be fully paid by the latter.
This service is eligible for the Tax Credit for Home Support for Seniors.
Tasks included :
- Activities of daily living: eating, washing, dressing, personal care, exercising bladder and bowel functions, using the toilet, and other care services that we will define below.
- Mobility: performing transfers, moving around (walking) indoors or outdoors, moving in a wheelchair, using stairs, fitting a prosthesis or orthosis.
- Communication: helping to see, hear and speak.
